Class Attire

In order for students to learn and execute movements properly, the DF studios require specific dancewear to be worn for each class.

Full body leotard and skirts	Jazz Pants	Solid color leotard and leotard top	Dance Tights
Tap Shoes	Jazz Shoes	Pointe Shoes	Ballet Shoes

 

 

PreBallet/Tap-
Any solid color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Dance skirts are optional and hair must up and out of the eyes.

 

 

Ballet-
Black full body leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes with strings tucked in. Dance skirt is optional and hair must be in a bun and out of the eyes.

 

 

 

Tap-
Solid colored leotard or leotard top with tights/jazz pant/or athletic pants and black lace up tap shoes. Hair must be up and out of the eyes.

 

 

Boys Hip Hop/Breakdance-
Any comfortable athletic wear and sneakers of any style.

 

 

Hip Hop-
Any comfortable athletic wear with sneakers of any style. Hair must be up and out of eyes.

 

 

 

Combination classes-
Any solid color leotard or leotard top with optional dance skirt or jazz pants. Hair must be up and out of eyes.

 

 

Jazz-
Any solid color leotard or leotard top with black jazz pant/ athletic pants and black or tan jazz shoes. Hair must be up and out of eyes.

 

 

Adult Dance-
Any athletic wear and appropriate dance shoe.

 

 

 

Lyrical/Contemporary- Same as jazz or ballet attire. Shoes will be specified by the teacher.        

Ballet/Pointe- Same as ballet attire and pink pointe shoes. Hair must be in a bun and out of eyes.
