The Dance Force studios continually strive to find instructors who are truly passionate about children first, then dance. During our staffing process, we look for extensive experience, strong work ethic, a high level of professionalism, commitment, and dedication to improving their craft.

All of our instructors at our locations are either completing their degree in dance, or have a Bachelor’s or Masters in Dance Education. Teachers may also have a past performing career or a professional teaching record for no less than three to five years.

For quality assurance, our teachers are assessed at the end of each year and on the basis of their attitude, student retention, instructional aptitude, and overall professionalism, we invite our teachers to renew their agreement for the next year, or secure a more qualified teacher for the next dance season.
